With “Kingsman: The Secret Service” being one of the big success stories of the year, it’s no surprise that other film adaptations of the works of comic author Mark Millar that are currently in development have scored another look at by the studios.<\/p>\n

One previously talked about project is his 2010 comic “Nemesis,” a super villain origin film about a billionaire genius and fighter who travels the world as a costumed menace. Joe Carnahan was slated to direct at last report, taking over from the late Tony Scott, and Ridley Scott’s shingle Scott Free would produce.<\/p>\n

Now, The Tracking Board<\/a> reports that the project has jumped studios to Warner Bros. Pictures where it is now in active development. Carnahan and his brother Matthew Michael Carnahan penned the most recent script draft.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
