Seth Rogen has confirmed that AMC has picked up his upcoming adaptation of the acclaimed comic book series “Preacher” to series. The writer\/actor\/producer confirmed the news in a tweet which also included what appears to be the first key art for the series.<\/p>\n

Deadline<\/a> adds that the full season order, which will be officially announced shortly, is for ten episodes. It’s also rumored to be scoring a May 2016 launch date which, if accurate, would likely indicate the show could premiere after the upcoming sixth season of “The Walking Dead” completes its second half run.<\/p>\n
