FXX, home of acclaimed pitch black comedic spy comedy \u201cArcher,\u201d is set to get a high profile new title \u2013 a currently untitled animated series based on the Marvel Comics character Deadpool.<\/p>\n

\u201cAtlanta\u201d creators\/executive producers Donald Glover and Stephen Glover will spearhead the new series as showrunners, executive producers, and writers. Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory are also serving as executive producers.<\/p>\n

In a statement, Jeph Loeb says: \u201cHow much more fun could this be? Deadpool, Donald and FX \u2013 the perfect fit for the Merc with the Mouth! We\u2019re thrilled that our relationship with FX that started with Legion continues with what is sure to be a groundbreaking show in adult animation.\u201d<\/p>\n
