October 5th <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to proper education of what we consider to be today’s “horror genre”, it’s important to consider the classics. Today we went old-school with the 1958 Attack of the 50 Foot Woman!<\/p>\n\n\n

Starring Allison Hayes, William Hudson and Yvette Vickers, this awesome creature feature was directed by Nathan Duran and written by Mark Hanna. A classic \u201cattack of\u201d movie with all the magic only the true “silver” screen could offer, the story follows the drama of a rich woman and her philandering husband who is trying to find a way out of a lost marriage. The wife, Nancy, gets attacked by a \u201cgiant man in a satellite\u201d. Laughed off as delusional and hysteric, no one believes her until she mysteriously grows to enormous proportions leaving the town shook. Literally. She tears down the walls to get revenge upon her cheating husband, all to meet a tragic end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lion\u2019s opinion; \u201cEveryone who died deserved it – Except Nancy. That poor woman was a victim from the beginning!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dragon loved it. When I asked them what they thought the moral of the story was, they said \u201cListen to people the first time, idiots! If they\u2019d listened to her in the beginning, none of that would have happened!\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lion gave it 2 thumbs up and would absolutely watch it again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dragon gives it 1 1\/2 thumbs up and says they might watch it again\u2026 when they’re 50. Maybe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tomorrow we are going forward in time a few hundred years where no one can hear you scream, so put on your spacesuit and come back for our next Spooky Movie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
