Imagine Entertainment is now free to shop the project around to other studios, and already Deadline reports that Media Rights Capital is said to be in “serious talks” to finance it as one of the executives there is a big fan of the book series.<\/p>\n

If they do go ahead, it’ll be something of an irony. MRC has a distribution arrangement with Universal meaning that ‘Tower’ could end up being a Universal movie again after all – albeit one only distributed by them rather than being produced as well.<\/p>\n
