20th Century Fox has acquired the film rights to “Wanted” and “Kick Ass” author Mark Millar’s 2010 limited series “Superior”.<\/p>\n

\"Fox<\/p>\n

The story revolves around a young boy stricken with multiple sclerosis who is granted one wish by an alien monkey: to become a Superman-like superhero named Superior.<\/p>\n

Problems arise when the boy learns that the monkey isn’t an alien, but a demon who demands the boy’s soul in return for his transformation. If not, his wish will be undone and he will return to his original form.<\/p>\n

Matthew Vaughn, who directed the first “Kick Ass” film and the upcoming adaptation of Millar’s “The Secret Service,” will produce.<\/p>\n

Fox is now currently seeking a writer to adapt the comic.<\/p>\n
