LOS ANGELES, CA (June 26, 2025) \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Launching this October,\u00a0IDW Publishing<\/strong>\u00a0is proud to\u00a0announce<\/a>\u00a0TALES OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES (TMNT)<\/em><\/strong>, a fun new comic series spinning out of the Paramount+ hit streaming show. Featuring the comic book debut of writers\u00a0Mikey Levitt\u00a0<\/strong>(Tales of the TMNT<\/em>\u00a0production team) for the first story and then\u00a0Andrew Joustra<\/strong>\u00a0(TMNT: Mutant Mayhem<\/em>\u00a0production team) for the second story, with radical art by\u00a0Louie Joyce<\/strong>\u00a0(GODZILLA: SKATE OR DIE) for both of the three-issue tales. This comic features original streaming show characters in comics for their very first time, as well as classic\u00a0TMNT<\/em>\u00a0characters never before seen in the new streaming series!<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

It has particularly been a dream come true for me to reimagine my favorite TMNT<\/em> character, the Fugitoid, for these issues and to tell a surprisingly personal story with him. I don\u2019t want to give too much away, but let\u2019s just ZAY I\u2019ve had a TON of fun working on this project and leave it at that. Cowabunga!\u201dJoyce is a lifelong Turtles fan and called this project \u201can absolute dream.\u201d The artist added, \u201cThe style and aesthetic of this latest generation of Turtles is so unique and fun!
