Bleeding Cool, understands that the supernatural mystery comic\u00a0Hope Falls<\/em>, by Tony Lee and Dan Boultwood has been optioned byFuture Films<\/a>, one of the production companies behind such recent films as\u00a0The American<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0The Eagle,<\/em>\u00a0with an eye to starting production in the near future.<\/p>\n

Hope Falls<\/em>\u00a0is a comic about a girl who returns to her home town after twenty years, who is then revealed to have been murdered by a group of men who are now prominent town citizens, and she\u2019s out for some supernatural revenge. It was recently republished in an\u201cUltimate\u201d\u00a0Hope Falls<\/em>\u00a0edition.<\/a><\/p>\n

Publishers Markosia and writer Tony Lee declined to comment when approached by Bleeding Cool.<\/p>\n
