“Friday the 13th” PAX Game Promo 

Video games are often under plenty of scrutiny for their violent content, but when you add an iconic slasher character like Jason Voorhees into the mix things can get even more volatile.

On the one hand you’re either going to get something so insanely risque it could be banned in certain countries, or you could deliver something that shows the hockey masked killer is an amateur compared to playable characters in this arena.

Gun Media Home Video and IllFonic are having a crack at it with “Friday the 13th: The Game” and now a new trailer for it has come out of PAX West – a trailer showing off a collection of brutal kills of horny camp counselors you can carry out with a machete, a spear, an axe, a pitchfork and his own hands.

It’s a gruesome, brutal and decidedly NSFW video so proceed at your own risk. The game itself is due for release in October.
