An aspiring Cosmo, a model, and a costumer.A Hippie to the core. A mom and a wife. I am just trying to transform the world into a more beautiful place in any way that I can. I like to think outside the box. Nothing is too weird or crazy. I think we need to expand our minds with new and original things. I love to do time period designs and Fantasy or SPX type things but i can do more than that even beyond just makeup. I hope to find my place in this awesome industry by jumping into it head first !!
A lot of things inspire me, but i try to look up to strong motivated women in our past who worked hard and never let anyone keep them from succeeding.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT RAW
I like that it gives new artist a chance to show their stuff! To put it out there for all the world to see and say “Hey look at me!!” especially when they’ve never had that chance before.

The holidays are here and you know what that means, office Christmas parties. But what if your office is a cave and your work involves a cape and cowl? Comic Book Live at the iO West has answered that question with their Bat Man Holiday Special performance. Chris Gore of the PodCrash podcasts and G4 played Batman and appearances by many of the Bat Rogues and sidekicks on stage this past Saturday made for a hilarious take on a caped crusader party.
Long Beach Comic & Horror Con hosted their fourth annual show this past weekend. 10’s of thousands of attendees crowded the halls of the Long Beach Convention Center for the two day show. Cosplayers brought out their best costumes, convention center staff was well prepared to handle the Con attendees as well as the Gardening Expo people also in the building, and the California coastal weather created a picturesque weekend for a comic con. But this year’s limited programming and overall mood on the exhibit hall floor made for a less than normal con-experience. Long Beach Comic Con felt like it was missing some elements. Fans still seemed to enjoy hanging out with old friends and making new ones, but will they come back next year? Continue reading

Comikaze Day 1 was great. There were a few small problems as the day started but the show was still fun overall. Considering it was one of the hottest days on record in Los Angeles I can’t imagine a better place to be than an indoor, air conditioned comic expo. Stan Lee made several appearances, the exhibit hall floor was huge, cosplayers were out in force, panels were packed and people seemed to be having a generally good time.
The annual pop-culture-palooza has begun! And Day One already packed in HUGE moments. Panel room were filled beyond capacity, the exhibit hall had lines wrapped around booths, and offsite fans were doing their part to alleviate the convention crowding. I spent the day in Hall H to see Disney and the Expendables 2 panels. It was a long day but well worth it.
