Full Trailer: Showtime’s “Penny Dreadful”

A full two-minute trailer has arrived for Showtime’s psychosexual Victorian supernatural thriller series “Penny Dreadful”. Even with its longer length, the preview has only a few scant bits of dialogue – the bulk of it mostly a mix of gothic horror and sensual imagery.
The show posits that all the classic monsters and immortals of Victorian literature are real – Dracula, Frankenstein, Jekyll and Hyde, Dorian Gray, etc. – and live on the fringes of society.
