“A.D.: After Death” Comic To Be Adapted

Sony Pictures has scored the film rights to the three-issue Image Comics miniseries “A.D.: After Death” by Scott Snyder and Jeff Lemire.

The story is set in a future where a genetic cure for death has changed society and centers on a man frustrated by his never-ending life.

Blending comics with prose and painted art, the series tackles issues of aging and mortality. Josh Bratman is attached to produce.
