“Gideon Falls” Series

James Wan’s Atomic Monster production company and Hivemind are teaming to produce “Gideon Falls,” a series adaptation of the Image Comics series by Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino.

The urban horror thriller follows several strangers – a washed-up Catholic priest, an uncompromising female sheriff, and a young obsessive recluse who all work to unravel a mystery connected to a long-forgotten local legend called The Black Barn – an otherworldly building which brings death and madness in its wake.

The series premiered last year and has been a big success for Image Comics. Wan, Michael Clear, Jason Brown, Sean Daniel, Kathy Lingg, Dinesh Shamdasani and the comic’s creators will all executive produce.
